How to Apply for Assistance – 3 Easy Steps!


1. Complete Application, including all required fields.

You must include a working phone number (where you can be reached) on your application. Applications without phone numbers will not be processed. 

2. Include copies of all required documents on the first page (you will need to take pictures of your documents and attach them). 

3. Completed applications will route to EOAC Community Services.

ASSISTANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED!  DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBER OF REQUESTS AND FUNDING, ASSISTANCE MAY BE LIMITED OR UNAVAILABLE.

CEAP assistance will be processed by priority in the order they are received.  No services will be granted until eligibility has been established. 

Until your application is processed, you are responsible for your utility bills to include any and all fees associated with your utility bill.  Due to the high volume of applications, processing can take up to thirty (30) days to be completed.  If you are in jeopardy of service termination, please contact your service provider, and request an extension of services as you wait for your application to be the processed.
