The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) provides a range of services to assist low-income individuals in attaining the skills knowledge, and motivation necessary to achieve self-sufficiency.
CSBG funds the Intensive Case Management program that assists low-income individuals in their pursuit of transitioning out of poverty by working to improve the lives of our clients by providing them with the resources to obtain both short and long term personal, professional, and financial goals. This Intensive Case Management program offers individuals and families a custom path out of poverty. This transformative service helps individuals and families to develop a plan to overcome obstacles that keeps them from achieving their dreams.. Clients enrolled in this program receive one on one attention from their case manager. The goal is to become self-sufficient and to transition out of poverty.
CSBG Eligibility Requirements
- Applicant must be a resident of Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, or McLennan, counties.
- Household must meet Federal Poverty Income Guideline Requirements
