You must include/upload copies of all required documents, or your application will be denied, including:
1. SAVE DOCUMENTATION for every member of the household.
Examples: Passport or Birth Certificate
2. Two Paystubs (last thirty days) or other income documentation (proof of income)
3. Utility Bills (most current is REQUIRED), front and back of all documents
4. Household members who are 18 or older must also upload copy of Driver’s License or Current ID.
5. A completed application.
