Important Announcement

EOAC has exhausted our CARES funds for rent and water assistance. At this time, we cannot take further applications for rental assistance or water assistance. Please keep an eye on our Facebook and website for further updates. We can still assist with electric, propane, and gas (utilities) bills. Due to the challenging and evolving COVID-19 situation in McLennan county, EOAC will only accept applications via email at CommunityServices@eoacwaco.org, via fax (254)756-7664, or via mail to 500 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX 76701. The office will not be open for face-to-face meetings or appointments for health and safety. We not accept applications via a drop-off model until we receive further instruction from the McLennan County Health Department and Governor Abbott. On 7/13/2020 our office will resume taking phone calls from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
 
We care about the communities we serve, and thank everyone for their patience as we work through this challenging time. We will closely monitor the COVID-19 situation. Please keep an eye on our Facebook and website for the latest information.

The Community Services office will be closed from 6/29/2020 – 7/10/2020. We will reopen 7/13/2020.W e are proud to serve our communities during this time. To continue to provide a high level of service, we will close our Community Services office from 6/29/2020 until 7/13/2020 to process all currently received applications. 

 


 


 


Important Announcement

The safety of everyone who lives in our communities is paramount and our highest priority. To protect everyone who lives in our communities. We are practicing social distancing at this time, and we are still taking applications to serve the public during this difficult time. If case managers need any further information, they will contact you via phone or email. 

We are still accepting applications in our office drop-off box Monday – Thursday. Applications can be dropped off at the EOAC Central Office, 500 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX 76701 in the Community Services Foyer. Below are instructions for how to drop-off an application. You can also fill-out an application online! Please click here to access the online application. The health and safety of those in our community, including our staff, is our utmost priority.

We understand that there are many in our community who have questions. We encourage everyone to follow the CDC’s recommendations at this time; if you need assistance:

1. Please fill out the application located online, or on the table in the Community Services Foyer at 500 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX

2. When you are done, please place the application in a folder (provided on the table), along with all your documents.

3. Place the folder and application in the wire box located on the table in the foyer.
