Temporary Pause on Utility Assistance Applications
Due to overwhelming demand, EOAC will temporarily pause accepting utility assistance applications from all counties within our service area.
While we understand the need for assistance is greater now than ever before, we do need the time to work diligently on processing current applications. We will announce the next application window as soon as we have that date ready.
If you have a disconnection notice, please make arrangements with your utility company to avoid disruption of services.

If you submitted a complete application and all required documents, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing due to this high volume.
